Hey,
The video was definitely stuttering throughout the movie. I did, however, watch the whole thing. My System ID is 0x34d2. I am not sure if that is the same as the Client ID that you asked for. I have 12 hours left on my rental period, so I guess it was about 8:30 last night when I ordered the movie. I have ordered four or five other movies without a problem. Perhaps it was a Verizon Fios issue; I really don't know. Let me know if there is any other information that might be useful. The movie was really good despite the stuttering. Charlton Heston was great but so was Orson Welles. Cass |

I think its time to make a call to the support desk at VUDU. You have have some corrupted data in that movie, thats at least my guess. They should be able to credit you for the bad movie (bad means defect), and maybe delete the movie for you so you can download it again.

I had similar issues watching Ultimatium for the second time last night. Stutering, stopping and lip sync. I should have rebooted, didn't think. My son and wife just came for a visit, needless to say he was not impressed.
