Default HELPP

I have my VUDU connected to my Netgear router. The wireless signal works, but when i connect it, my bandwidth test never works, also, every so often it tries to do a software update, and can not do it!! It tells me I can do it later and I hit continue and the screen blanks out. I gave up on it after about 3 hours, of powering off and re-powering on.

This morning half the time my tv does not recognize my HDMI connection and it says there is no signal now! Its getting so frustrating! Please help.

That sounds like you may have multiple problems. You should contact Vudu Customer Care to get some live help on this one:
