audio trouble

hey guys. just bought a toshiba 55ux600 that has a vudu app. when i go to the app everything looks great. i can go through all the movies, etc. when i go to 'preview' a movie it plays fine except there is no audio. i've tried it on hdx, hd and sd.......all do the same thing.
not sure if it's a bug or if it's a setting on my tv? i'd love to try vudu but i'm not gonna chance not having sound.
any recommendations?

Hello All. I also have a 55UX600 and the sound will not work when connected to the Internet (VUDU, Youtube or any other Widget). I have a brand new Sony HT-CT150 which works fine with the TV and BD player but not on the Internet. Calling Sony's customer service, they claim no TV is able to access sound through a HT system while streaming from the Internet and that you can only use the TV's speakers. I am not an audio engineer but I simply cannot believe55UX600 this. If several of is have this problem it must be the TV. I also called Toshiba and they are of no help

Any ideas?
