    Returning Movies 3/30

At the beginning of the month, I looked up a movie, and it wasn't available for purchase, but had a "Available To Buy 3/30," and was like, oh, hey, that's cool...and then promptly forgot what movie it was.

Then a week or so ago, I looked up Zack & Miri, and saw the same thing, and screenshot it so I wouldn't forget that, too, and bought it last night.

Does anyone know what other movies weren't available for purchase until yesterday? Not just to find the one I forgot, but to see if there are more that were suddenly made available (or available again, in Z&M's case).

    Found two of 'em!

Planet Terror (that might've been the one I forgot lol)
    1408

(though, neither the director's cuts, unfortunately)

        Death Proof
        The Passion of the Christ

I wish it was easier to identify newly-available movies like this. I only found these by browsing around. The "Recently Added" filter in the View All Movies page isn't very helpful.

Blu-Ray.Com has sections for Movies Anywhere, iTunes, Digital, etc and breaks it down by week including recently released, new this week, coming next week, etc. Even has links to the Vudu title

Check it out. That's where I go to see what I want to buy each week.

Make sure to check both MA and Digital though at least since not everything is MA and not all MA titles are always in Digital.

            Is it this?
https:// www. blu-ray. com/ digital/ releasedates.php (get rid of the spaces, otherwise my comment will never show up)

            That only shows new stuff.

I'm talking about titles that used to be on Vudu, still had their landing page, but were removed from being able to be rented or purchased, and are finally "put back" for us to snag, like the ones I & the other two people mentioned.

I've got a whole list of movies & TV in the Title Request section that Vudu has pages for, but can't be owned or rented or anything, like The Chipmunk Adventure or Absentia (just off the top of my head, lol), or ones like The Burbs or Mulholland Drive that can only be rented, but not purchased.

That's what I meant with this thread.

Oh god, I tried that "View All," and sort by "Recently Added," and it's doing that stupid thing of shifting the titles as you scroll, making it impossible to see anything. *sigh* C'mon, Vudu.

                Okay then.

My suggestion if I understanding you correctly would be to just add titles to your Vudu Wishlist. I use it to add titles before they become available. I also use it for titles say don't have a purchase option, but do have a rent. I add it to my list and then check back to see purchase is available later, also good to check on titles weekly to see if they happen to be on sale instead of going though lists of all sale times, most of which are of no interest. Wishlist also (used to anyway) send you an email if something in your list went on sale (not for sale), which was nice.

Also I don't what your using to look, but if you use a web browser on your computer the Recently Added option has dozens and dozens of filter you can use, like "New Releases" or "Decades", whatever to filter it down to something manageable.

It's not about manageable, it's regardless of the desktop browser being used, Vudu will shift the titles back and forth as you scroll, so nothing is static in their rows.

I don't know how else to describe it for someone who's not experiencing it, but I know others have, so it's not just me or my computer.

                    Like, at first, it's:

                    WW84 - Willy's - Trolls - Parasite - Raya - Soul
                    Biden - Fandom - Earwig - Spiked - Passion

Then, as soon as you scroll to see the next row, it's:

                    Happily - WW84 - Passion - Earwig - Phobias - Fandom
                    Biden - Trolls - Willy's - Parasite - Spiked - Asunder

Scroll again, and they jump around with even more titles being thrown around.

None of the filters prevent it from happening, and it still happens with no filter at all, so the filters aren't causing it either.

If you use the default Wishlist section, it does that, too. Luckily someone here found a Wishlist link that I have bookmarked that not only keeps them sorted alphabetically, but doesn't shift/jump around like that either anymore.

Also, I've never gotten a single e-mail from my Wishlist ever, and I've been using Vudu since 2012. And trying to scroll through thousands of movies to see something that wasn't there before isn't as easy as you make it sound. Maybe you're neurotypical and don't have focusing issues like I do.
