The Burning (1981)-Corny B-movie where killer a burn victim (poor taste choosing this scenario making extra morbid) carrying around pair of sheers at a summer camp. The scene with the supposedly empty canoe in the middle of the lake I think most will remember even if poorly cut together it jumps out at you on old filmstock playing on projector. The way the scene plays out in series of quick cuts not really realizing everything makes it all the more memorable.

Found the unknown asian (South Korean) mummy movie above!

Loft (2005; also called Rofuto)-A writer suffering writer's block and some odd ailments moves to countryside villa at editor's beckoning to work on her next novel. Her next door neighbor is a professor moving a mummified corpse into his university lab. Needless to say things go south from there.

                Others:
The Loft (2008 Belgium film not 2010 dutch or 2015 american remakes)-Totally different movie than asian horror movie right above and not so much horror but want see this one too. This is a whodunnit when a group of adults find a dead woman in a loft wondering which of them is responsible for the crime.

Julia's Eyes (2011 Spanish Horror)-A murder by unknown assailant. The central female character is slowly going blind but senses a dark presence close by.

If you are talking about Black Water the Aussie crocodile movie, it's available via Mobile Disc-to-Digital, if you have access to the DVD or Blu-ray.
