So glad I bought True Lies when I did a few years back. It's still the only way to see it in HD 1080p now if they would just release James Cameron's "The Abyss" in HDX watching it all these years in SD is painful.

What's frustrating is that "Wargames" is available in HD over on another site, but even though that site is a UV affiliate (yes, that narrows the field considerably) the title is not a UV title.

So, the question I have to ask is --- do I jump ship and make that provider my primary?

Right, I see it was at some point available at VUDU (as were some other titles on my list), but its not available to purchase right now. So those of us who joined VUDU after it was made unavailable are SOL.

The other service (I read somewhere that we are not allowed to name VUDU's competitors) has Wargames, but when I purchased it it did not port to my UV library, even though two titles I purchased there did ("Murderers' Row" and "The Ambushers", which are HD over there but SD in VUDU, but that'a another matter altogether)

I have a Blu-ray of the movie but it doesn't have a digital copy code. From what I am reading that was a special product released by Wal-Mart, but the current Wargames BDs from Wal-Mart do not carry the digital copy.

Thanks anyway, I appreciate you are only trying to help, but I guess I am SOL.

I'll pick it up at the other site....I use them often enough booking movie tickets, when VUDU decides it would like my money and releases "Wargames" down the line I am sure I'll double dip

Thank you VUDU. My prayers were answered when you made "Wargames" available for purchase, and as an UV title. It is now part of my VUDU library. Now, any word on "True Lies"?
