Hi, I know it hasn't been long, but is there an update on this yet?

I now see that the show is now TV-MA, it should be the uncensored version already. Can you verify?

If I search for "Mr Robot" then the TV-MA version is the only thing that comes up, it says I don't own it and gives me the option to buy it.

When I got to "My Vudu" then the Mr Robot that is there is still the TV-14 version.

        Vudu Search verson - http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...Robot-Season-1

        My Vudu version - http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...Robot-Season-1

On a side note - It also looks like the new TV-MA version doesn't have the extra features that originally came with it (deleted scenes etc)

Did anyone get this fixed? I noticed I still have the TV-14 version.

They fixed it for me... I got the MA version and then I asked them to delete the TV-14 version for me to clean up my collection (although you don't get the extras with the MA version for some reason...Hopefully they will fix that!?).

Open a support ticket... I'm sure they will fix it for you - Maybe you can also take the opportunity to ask them to add the extras to the MA version for the rest of us . Good luck!

So now that Season 2 is near... and I see you can already buy it on Vudu, I want to preemptively re-start this thread.

Season 2 is listed as tv-14 again like season 1 was originally... but it is also in the same Series folder as the tv-ma version of season 1....

So my question is... I fear that season 2 will be censored again while it airs and maybe there is nothing you can do about that...but if I buy this season now so that I can watch it while it airs...will you then change it for me when you ultimately get the uncensored version?

Mr. Robot: Season 2 will be initially released with the TV-14 version of the show. After the entire season has aired, shortly thereafter, the TV-MA version will then replace the TV-14 version.

Very good to know, Felipe, thanks. But the two are separate ALIDs, right? If we buy one, we won't get the other automatically, we'll have to wait if we want the originally aired version? Or is it like a content fix, where we'll get the new (TV-MA) version as soon as it's updated?

As it's being planned right now, it will be a "content fix" from our end. Swapping the TV-14 version with the TV-MA version in the end.

I purchased this a few weeks ago, unaware that it was censored. I hope Vudu can get this fixed.

Chances are that you have the uncensored version... They replaced it in October of last year (read the rest of this thread...).

If you have watched some of the episodes already then you will have noticed if it was censored or not (its fairly obvious). Otherwise you can check the "more info" tab of season 1 and see if the rating is TV14 or TVMA. If it's the latter then you have the uncensored version.
