Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Why was the Amy Schumer scene from "Flu-oise" episode of Bob's Burgers cut from Vudu?

    Why was the Amy Schumer scene from "Flu-oise" episode of Bob's Burgers cut from Vudu?

    I first watched the episode on Hulu. The scene is there. I then bought the season and when I watched it earlier it was cut. Why is it cut out?

      This may be due to the fact that Hulu often shows uncut / unrated / exclusive versions of many shows compared to what are "broadcast" on regular cable or TV.

      I've been told this my several different people and noticed the difference myself on certain Fox shows for example where the Hulu version is different from the broadcast version.

      Vudu and others probably just have the regular broadcast version, especially if Hulu has exclusives on those versions of the shows.

      The interesting this is that I would think Hulu would want to promote this fact, but from what I've seen they don't.

        The scene is was actually on the regular broadcast version too. It's on the FOX Now app version. Im guessing Fox doesnt want to pay royalties to Amy Schumer or something. If thats the case I wish they had just had a regular cast member read the lines, because they basically abruptly cut to the next scene in the Vudu (and likely itunes, amazon) version.
