It's Jan 17th and it's still not UV. All the other seasons are and it's in my UV locker so I don't understand why it isn't UV at VUDU

Is this working for anyone yet? I use Flixster Video and this is also unavailable for playback/download there.

Flixster's basically dead, tho', isn't it...

Anyway, same problem with Supernatural Season 12.

If I were a conspiratorial person, I'd say this is Disney's fault for failing to get on board with UV, and now trying to take over license management with Movies Anywhere, and trying to plow under UV, which is bull****, 'cause, at present, UV is the technically superior product, IMO, and other than iTunes/Amazon/Google Play & Disney not playing nicely with it, has better support and adoption.

I really, really hope this isn't signalling problems with UV's viability or something. That would really **** me off, as I've got a lot invested in UV that I do not want to lose, just 'cause apple/Disney/Amazon/Google are being d!cks...

The Flixster playback service is dead (in the US), but Flixster customer support is still amazing.

If you have any issues with a UV code redeemed there, it'll be resolved in a day or two.

If the MoviesAnywhere support team can match the Flixster level of support, UV will be left in the dust.

Flixster Video Customer Support will be gone Feb 20. So you only have a few days left. I believe after that you can still contact Warner Bros per the FV FAQ

Has anyone been able to reedem this on any plackback service? I'm in the UK and Flixster is the only available service here. The Flixster customer service just say its not available for playback/download yet and to keep checking the website for availability. Have people been able to reedem in the US on any playback service?

It doesn't look like it's UV at FandangoNOW (the other major UV storefront in the US) either. If it's not UV at VUDU and not UV at FN, it's likely a studio thing since it's happening on both storefronts.

I understand the frustration of Digital. I am in both MA and UV ecosystems. IIam thankful VUDU supports both and look forward to when/if FN does as well.

My hope for MA is to become as good as UV was/is. They did listen to suggestions for a transaction history yet it is just a listing without ability to sort.

Here are my reasons (in no particular order) I see UV as better for now.

Features of myUV that are supeior to MA are
1- When clicking a TV Series or Movie, whether the title is supposed to be SD, HD, or UHD
2- When clicking a TV Series or Movie, view when a title was obtained
3- When viewing collection, filter by movies vs TV (This helps to see movie titles only)
4- When viewing collection, filter by genre (might be useful)
5- When viewing collection, filter by rating (not sure I'd use that)
6- D2D (and M2D) Disc to Digital and Mobile to Digital
7- When viewing collection, filter by Retailer
8- When viewing collection, sort by Recently Added Least Recent to Most Recent (MA is Most Recent to Least Recent)(myUV has selections but is broken both ways)
9- TV Shows and Series are available
10- When clicking a TV Series or Movie, view from which Retailer it was obtained

It is now 5 months since release date. Felipe, can you report as to if/when VUDU will be UV-enabling House of Cards: Season 5?
