    Mitsubishi 73738

    Hi

    I can't stream 3D movies into my Mitsubishi 73738.

Popup says "this device does not currently support 3D" when I play a 3D video on Vudu.

I am aware others on the forum have the same problem. Not seen any solutions. I am considering buying a 3D Blu-ray player if that will help.

If no one has a resolution, is there a reasonably priced 3D Blu-ray player that works with the Mitsubishi 73738?

I have a direct internet cable plugged directly into the back of the Mitsu TV.
I do not yet have the Mitsu 3d adapter.
I did not think it is needed if streaming 3d online.

    please advise

I have the same model. I have the adapter, but don't see any 3D movies listed w/latest firmware.

You need the 3D emitter only. You can buy cheap on ebay. There should be a plug on the back of the 738 series that says 3d emitter. It will have a somewhat long cable and 3 little bulbs that emit the signal. You will also need 3d active shutter glasses. Mitsu or Samsung DLP should work as well.
