Unable to play multiple movies in HDX

They seem to work in SD, but every time I try HDX. It gets that error above.

Error Code 7 is an ?unable to resolve host? error. This error implies that the device sees a physical connection but is not retrieving an IP Address or DNS. This is usually caused by a lack of connection between the device and the router or a problem with the router, itself.

You are getting that same error message on a Chrome browser and your Samsung TV?

Can you give an example of a couple of titles that have this issue? I will have someone take a look. Thanks!

On TV I get: Sorry, the player has stopped working. Please try again.

I am pretty sure there are a lot more movies that has this issue, but so far I have tried Molly's Game and Phantom Thread. This started happening after I redeemed Molly's Game.

The strange thing is they all play fine on my phone, but my TV and computer has been having these issues after that redeem.

One more question - for mobile was that Android or iPhone? Ok, two more... if you know, what is the year/model of the Samsung TV?

Have you tried to power-cycle your network equipment at this point? Has anything changed on your network recently?

Yes I have tried, 4 times yesterday and it didn't work. Hours later at night though, I checked and the movies started to play again in HDX. So I guess it might be temporary fixed. At one point Tuesday, they started to work for 50 minutes, but then they didn't work again. It's been 10 hours from now and they still work as I just checked. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
