Video but no sound using Vudu app on Roku device

I've had my Roku device (streaming stick) and the Vudu app for years and have never had any problems with sound. Yesterday, I wanted to start watching all of my old GoT episodes since the new season will be coming out soon. I pulled up the episodes with no problems, but when playing there was no sound.

*I tried some of the movies I own on Vudu to see if it was just GoT, but there was no sound from anything through the Vudu app.
*I checked other apps to see if I was having general issues (Hulu, Netflix, Prime), all played fine with sound.
*I tried changing from HDX to SD, still no sound.
*I tried deleting the app and reinstalling the app. Still no sound.
*I unplugged my Roku and went through the torture of having to log back in to every app I own, still no sound on Vudu.
*I sent an email to support yesterday. Still no response and, therefore, no sound.
*I checked Vudu again today. Guess what? ...No sound.

I'm not into lip reading or subtitles. Would really love to have my sound back. Thanks!

    Hi Melanie,

    Sorry for the audio trouble.

In your Roku Menu, could you browse to Settings-->Audio-->HDMI and S/PDIF, let me know what your setting is. If it's set to Dolby D, try switching to Auto and then retest in Vudu.
Could you tell me your Roku Model number
Could you tell me your TV model number
If you're using a receiver could you also list the model number for me as well?

        Hi Melanie,

Could you tell me the model number of your TV? I'll see if I can reproduce the issue here so maybe you won't have to swap the audio to stereo.

No sound on "my movies" I get sound if I play a Vudu movie or a Vudu TV program but nothing on my movie collection. Thought it might be an error on the newest movie we put on but had the same problem on old movies we have watched in the past on the same system. Any ideas?
