    Kill Bill Vol. 2

    I've had this problem for a few years now, and every time I contact support they try to have me reinstall Vudu and do a speed test, despite the problem persisting on Google TV and my desktop.

    After a couple of minutes the screen goes green and plays on. You can hear the audio fine it just stays on a green screen for the entirety of the movie.

    Can someone at Vudu investigate?

      For the life of me I can't tell if this is a ticket number but it's the only thing in the most recent email:

      Current ticket: Vudu Customer Service [ ref:_00D30ccv._500DoCfNlM:ref ]

      Previous ticket: Vudu Customer Service [ ref:_00D30ccv._500Do7RMKB:ref ]

      For that ticket I provided my IP address, internet provider, router setup, etc.

        I was able to play the movie from my PC just fine. What browser are you using?

          Google Chrome for my browser and Google TV Vudu app and the problem persists on both.

          Just to clarify it doesn't go to a green screen until a couple of minutes in, not right at the start.
