    Twin Peaks Brief Pixelation

Season 2, Episode 21 "Miss Twin Peaks", timestamp 11:13 - 11:17 (when Windom Earle is talking about 'fear') there is a video jump and audio breakup that lasts 4 seconds. Error verified on both a PC running Windows 10, as well as on a TiVo Bolt.

Yes, with Season 3 getting ready to drop, Vudu needs to request a new encode of this episode.

Any info on this getting fixed Vudu team?

Also will there be a re-release of, or extras added to, the movie "fire walk with me" with the "missing pieces", deleted scenes etc... before the new season is released?

          Re: Twin Peaks Brief Pixelation

Got an update to my ticket on this, asking questions about my setup, make/model of modems & routers and asking me to run a speedtest.

I suppose they're trying to rule out a bandwidth issue, so i made a point to restate that the breakup is consistant and repeatable to this timestamp.

Update: after providing the requested information in February, this ticket is still open with no reponse from Vudu.

Checked and the problem is there in my playback too. Clearly an issue with the encode.

Dear Vudu, why was my ticket on this issue (170125-000689) closed with no update or communication?

To make matters worse, the issue still exists and hasn't been fixed.

I've already filed a bug for this. In some cases the studios see these encoding issues as low priority. All we can do is ping them again.

Thank you, Felipe. I appreciate the update and I know others do as well. I only wish you didn't have to pick up customer service's slack.

                    Anyway, thanks again.
