    I am also having the video playing issue, I can see the video when fast forwarding, but not when playing the video. My Co-star says I am updated and shows the info below:

    Dear Forum Moderator,

    Now that the problem with the Vudu movie blank screen has been resolved ( you did that a couple of days ago) I encountered a problem after that fix was applied, i.e., now I don't get any audio through my Bluetooth headphones. I can get audio via my Bluetooth headphones while watching the other APPs on my Co-Star, Netflx, M-Go, Amazon Video etc. they are all OKay.

    The audio works fine viewing Vudu movies using the TV speakers, however, as soon as I activate the Bluetooth headphones I lose audio, both from the TV speakers and the Bluetooth headphones.

    Any suggestions,

    I tried posting in the thread for the co-star, but I think I actually replied to the last person's post...

    I am also having the Video PLAY issue with the Co-star and wanted to send you my Co-Star's serial number and see if you can help fix the issue. My Co-Star info is below:

    FW: 3.2
    BLD: U5.6.0
    Model: VAP430
    ESN: WWZ"0"PHAP1700744
    ( The "0" number, I am not sure if it is a Zero or the Letter O )

    Hello, I tried posting on here yesterday, but my post still hasnt shown up, so im trying again...my vudu is doing the same thing as everyone else's, just a blank screen.

    Dear Dan H;

    " You Da Man"..........I removed the power from the VAP430, waited 10 seconds, restored power, and "WALLA".. I can now view Vudu movies to my hearts content.....the Vudu servers will now really get a workout from me...(;->)....

    I much appreciate your quick response and whatever you did in the background to resolve this issue.

    Your device should be good to go. Although, you may need to reboot the device.

    I've had the very same problems with VUDU blank movie screen, (i.e the time track does not advance) with my Vizio VAP430 since I first got it Sept 2013 and Vizio sent me a replacement VAP430 and it didn't work with VUDU either.
