Xbox One Vudu App Keyboard and Alphabet sort worst EVER!!!

Can you please please please update your Keyboard to recognize USB keyboards, Xbox one system keyboard, or at the very very least, map it to allow things like: Press down on joystick to capitalize, x to backspace, y to space, etc? I swear It's less painful and infuriating to have teeth removed than to make new lists or login to your app on XBox One. I am being literal as I just had 2 teeth removed recently. I have two accounts and the app doesn't even retain usernames/email, so I have to manually type both the username and password every single time I want to log into one account or the other, and there are caps and unique characters involved. Having to scroll ALLL the way to shift, just so I can have "A" capitalized, then ALLLL the way back to shift just to go back to lowercase is ridiculous.

Secondly, Your sort options for our movie libraries are hooooorrrible!
Fast and Furious 2 comes as 1st in the library if sorted by alphabet since it's True title is "2 fast 2 furious".
Your system has got to be smarter than that! Organize based on Franchise and THEN by title or release day.
Having to make a list for every franchise is just ridiculous and painstaking. Not only is it a pain in the butt to use your keyboard system to create/name a new list, but when done: you have to toggle to your movies library, OPEN the movie you want to add, click on "add to list", choose the list, tap add back out (which brings you to the movie, and then back out to the movie library. For goodness sake... When a person is done creating/naming a new List, just have the app automatically take you to your movie library (allow the user to toggle to TV library from there if necessary), allow the user to highlight ANY/ALL movies you want to add, and then tap add. DONE!!
Sry for caps. but your system has Hurt my head more then having wisdom teeth removed.
Working...
