    Xbox Series X issues

    I am not sure when it started but i think it was around the time when the logo added the fandango part to it. But every time i try and stream a UHD movie it buffers and downgrades to HDX and it still buffers. I have also tried with a HDX movie and it does the same thing. It was never like this before. My xbox series X is hard wired to a GB connection. I have a case open but it got escalated and i have not heard anything for months. Case number is 20210917-SOISX9.

    I've been experiencing the same issue for just about as long. I have no problems using other streaming apps running 4K content (Disney+, Prime, Hulu, Movies & TV, etc.). I have to switch to my Tivo (which is hardwired like my Xbox into the same hub) in order to watch Vudu content without issues. Extremely frustrating!

      I have this same issue on my Xbox One X. I even called their support and they walked me through setting up a static IP and that seemed to work while we were on the phone for awhile. Then the day after it went right back to the same issues. The issue has to be on their end end with the app or servers or something.

        I have the same issue with my XBOX series X. My download speeds average 98Mbps. Hard connection or wireless the issue is the same. I have an NVIDA shield running on the same network and have zero issues. Did anyone find out what the problem is?

          There is 100% a problem with the vudu app when used on an Xbox series X. I have no issues with any other streaming services. I also just started using vudu on my TV and I have had no issues with freezing or downgrading the quality.

            I have been having the same issue with my Xbox series X. My account works fine on the same network, doesn't matter if it's on my TV, Roku or my daughter's xbox one S. The only issue is with xbox series X. VUDU works fine on everything EXCEPT series X. Please fix this issue
