The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience.       Buffering has not been fixed with the latest updates on the android app through the Nvidia Shield. Watched Cabin in the Woods in HDX and it buffered 5 times with speeds that Vudu states after communicating with them should have no buffering issues watching in UHD.

        Any word on when these titles will be update to the new profile.....
        VUDU titles listed as DOLBY VISION that WILL NOT flag as DOLBY VISION checked using the A1E Picture adjustments to verify DOLBY VISION....(Titles using DOLBY VISION Profile 4)

          Another update just got pushed, notes say...( 5/23- Bug fixes and stability improvements)

          Will give a good test drive over the long weekend and post any findings.....

          Btw for team vudu,sony is coming out with a new firmware update within days,its already live in Europe and will the new official vudu app be included in it or we still in beta mode?

          Also can we get an answer for the above post in regards to Profile 4 DV titles getting upgraded to Profile 5....Thanks vudu for all the hard work, much appreciated.

            I was getting buffering every 10 minutes or so. One time I got buffering and it resumed and immediately buffered again.

              Glad you folks are continuing to work on this. Pretty depressing when I couldn't get my Sony 4k to utilize UHD through Vudu. Now you folks just need to work on a way that all of us loyal Vudu customers, can upgrade our current HDX library to UHD without having to buy ANOTHER digital copy at full price.

                  I watched the last half of Baby Driver tonight and unfortunately had more buffer errors tonight than last time after the May 9th update. I have a Sony 930e TV. I wish the app had more stats like Netflix to help know what is going on but i also know you guys will keep making the app better.

                    From the Titles that I have tried from the list using profile 4 I'm sorry to say that they have not been update to profile 5.....

                        No kidding! It's going to be hard to compete with ATV4K, they are upgrading titles to UHD for free!

                        The only thing they are missing at this point in the Atmos soundtrack.

                          Just finished watching Game Night 4K DV on latest 5/23 update and there is still a lot of buffering and hitching and I even got kicked out of the app twice to main android app screen...The prior update actually worked better....I have 1 gig uverse internet so speed was not an issue and all bars were full on menu screen when all this was happening.

                            I would agree. I get more buffering from the latest version of the app, than the prior.

                              Agreed as well it is worse since the update on the 23rd. I watched Man of Steel and Ninjago and both have lots of buffer errors that it could not recover from.

                              Jake, when I resume a movie a 3 second rewind would be awesome. When it stops in the middle of dialogue a step back would be ideal even if I stop the movie.

                                Just redeemed the digital code from the New 4K Ultra HD The Matrix Disc and I'm more than a little perturbed that it only came through as HDX instead of UHD with Dolby Vision on VUDU.....Jake what's up with this.....very problematic for consumers.....either it's WB or Movies Anywhere or VUDU that didn't give us the proper code for 4K UHD.....
