    How do I reset email address on from Vudu screen?

    I recently purchased a Magnavox Blu Ray player. Set up was easy and after typing in an email address my kids were enjoying movies from the $5 free credit immediately. Today I set up my account at vudu.com and apparently I mistyped my email address when I set up the player. Now I have an account with my correct email address and the serial number from the player, but the player is registered with the wrong email address. I can't find a way to change email address from the vudu screen. Any help? The vudu website says to go to the free hd link to change email, but that link is gone now that we've watched movies.

    Please go into system info and send me a private message with your device ID. As well as the email addess that you would like to have on the account.

        Sorry this is the right post.
        I did the same thing I just purchased a TV with VUDU and did the same thing instead of .net I put .com

          In these cases, you can either contact support and they can switch it for you. Or, if you do not have purchased movies or credit attached to the account. You can deactivate the device, and activate to a new account.

          Please send me a PM of your incorrect email address that you used, and what you would like it to be.

            We have a 5120f and set up and account on blu-ray, used the free video coupon enclosed. Then we did a software update. Then set up an account online and see the $10 credit is in the online account. But when we use vudu it says there is no credit information and we need to enter a credit card???

            Spoke with someone on the phone and they told me to go back to the default settings, so we hit initiate.

            The same information is coming up as before.

            PLEASE HELP!

              Same situation. Incorrectly entered email address in the initial setup of Vudu on XBOX 360, need to know how to reset the application. Already deleted the application twice from system memory and re-downloaded. System still remembers the incorrect email address. How do consumers correct the email address on the device or reset the device totally?

                  I have a similar problem...

                  I associated my Xbox 360 to the wrong Vudu HD acc and now i cannot change login details on the XBOX.

                  Could you please reset this?
