    Didn't receive my promo credit

    I signed up on the PS3,but didn't receive my promo credit towards a movie. Can a staff member please help resolve this and credit my account?

    I just had the same issue. I activated my account on my BluRay player, but it's saying there are no credits. I really wanted to try this before I committed to it, since the website clearly says "Try VUDU For Free".

      I did not recieve mine either. Very frustrating. I tried to contact vudu through the email support and have not recieved a response. I may just close my account, if that is even an option...

        Promotion credits are attached to the devices themselves. Not with a new account creation. If that device has ever been activated to another account, you would not receive a credit.

        If you did not receive a credit and believe you should have. Please call us at (888)554-VUDU(8838) 7am PST-7pm PST

            I had my unused credit dissappear when I did an update on my PS3.
            Since then it's not shown at all. Anyway to get that back on there?

                          I have not received my promo credit on xbox 360 because i was never informed i had a credit or for how much or when it would expire.I think Vudu should inform people better when doing these promos or risk losing potential customers.As for the topic at hand, who from Vudu can help me with my promo credit problem?

                          p.s. the only email i received from Vudu was to inform me Welcome to Vudu!

                            For future posters, if you lost your credit and believe you should not have, please send me a private message or call us at (888)554-VUDU. We can not guarantee that we can reinstate the credits in every case.

                              If you're using an email client like Windows Mail, it might have already been intercepted by your email provider as junk. Even though Windows Mail has a junk folder, it might not have gotten that far. You'll need to go to the website where you can check your mail. Look in the junk/spam folder there. Make sure you don't have junk/spam set to automatically delete instead of going to a junk/spam folder.
