    I am trying to connect to Vudu via a Mitsubishi LT-55164 model TV. I tested the wireless internet connection and it is working correctly. The message on screen is as follows:

    Connection Failed

    One important question is if the service available in Puerto Rico as a USA territory. My IP is from Puerto Rico. Thanks for any help

    VUDU's service is only avaiable in the United States. I think there have been other posts with the same answer about Puerto Rico.

      Oh Great I bought a very expensive tv with "vudu" inside and I can not use!!! You should give some warning to the people that only works in the United States before buy.or better sell your product only in the United States.

        VUDU Service Minimum Requirements:

        YOU MUST HAVE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, A TELEVISION, AND A VUDU ACCOUNT TO USE THE VUDU SERVICE. The VUDU Service is only available, and Content can only be accessed, within the 50 States of the United States of America.

          Dude "Dan H" I have a 5m High speed internet the only thing that I not have is a warning that says Vudu is only for use in the United States!! You should give some warning to the people that only works in the United States before buy.or better sell your product only in the United States.

            ok Dhatman, I get it. I am active military stationed in Japan, I purchased ALL of S2 Walking Dead, plus several other movies..... I understand terms of service, EULA, and so forth. HOWEVER, from a business perspective, VUDU is not making me happy. I was forced to move here. I bought a high-quality Blu-Ray player (with VUDU pre-installed) and was unaware how a 'forced' move would be affected by the company 'terms'. I actually appreciate the services your company offers. I will continue to purchase videos (when returned to the US), so long as you DO THE RIGHT THING. Either A) refund my monies or B) bring VUDU to Japan (somehow, someway). Option C will include several things, including possible BBB submission. I LIKE YOUR COMPANY (which I know is WALMART). Please fix this situation, as I had NO control over it. =)

              Our licensing rights with each studio do not allow us to transfer viewing rights to different countries. We typically cannot refund purchases that have already been watched. If you have any other questions, please PM, i'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
