Managing my devices, you have no devices activated on your account

The other night while playing around with my vudu enabled samsung Blu-Ray player I launched vudu and created an account so I could try the service out with the free movie. I ended up registering through the screen, and then followed up with the email to complete the process.

Today I went to vudu.com on my computer and without trying to login first I just created an account, using the same email address and it indicated that it was not in use so I continued the account creation through the website. Now when I am logged into my account and go to Manage Devices, it says I don't have any devices. I am unable to locate a feature to add my Samsung to this account I created on the website. I have included 2 images. One screen shot showing you what I see on the website, and the other is a picture of my system information on the device.

Could you post your device ID for us? You should see this in info and settings under the my vudu tab.

          Sorry Nex,

It's been a very busy few months with the launch of D2D, so i haven't been on the forums as much as i would have liked. It looks like you had a Walmart and VUDU account, each using the same email address. I moved your device to the VUDU account, which has an owned movie. Would you like me to close out the Walmart account to avoid any confusion in the future?

Thank you for the assistance, I now see my device listed under my account. Yes please go ahead and remove the walmart account. I'll just use the account I setup on the web.
