VUDU stopped to work on Panasonic BDP-65

I'm using a Panasonic Bluray player (bdp-65) to access Vudu. Everything worked fine until this evening, when I tried to access VUDU and the unit - after showing the VUDU logo, then switching to the "Loading"-screen - just rebooted.
Now I'm unable to access the service. It always stops at the 2nd screen "VUDU - the worlds largest... etc." with "Loading..." at the bottom. After a few seconds the text disappears for like 500ms then reappears. Sometimes it also shows "Connecting..." at the bottom for a very short time.
The unit has the latest firmware, I even tried a complete player reset - no luck. All other services (netflix, amazon) work without problems.
The player has also disappeared from the device section of my account.

    Any help very welcome!

    Thank you,

Re: VUDU stopped to work on Panasonic BDP-65

I am having the exact same problem. I was going to buy a series so my wife and I could it tonight, but I cannot get VUDU to work on the BD-65 player.

Re: VUDU stopped to work on Panasonic BDP-65

Mine did exact same. I called Vudu and they said tgphere is a problem with an update Panasonic just pushed out. They are working with Panasonic to get it fixed. Sigh.

Re: VUDU stopped to work on Panasonic BDP-65

I too am experiencing the same problem with my Panasonic DMP-BD65. Every other network related software works fine (netflix, youtube, etc). Each time i attempt to run VUDU it times out trying to connect. The last message read:

Failed to connect to the network
Detail: Error Code 28 Operation Timeout
        Hardware ID: PANBBD65705812AA150C
        Device ID: 7FFBB8
        Software Version: 3.0.0-64474-PnsMn10300-95271

Any help with this error would be really appreciated.
