I Have Vudu On My Galaxy Tablet!!!!! Yeah!

The email from Vudu arrived this morning and I was so excited to see that my tablet was listed as one of the supported devices! Thank you Vudu I am thrilled. I feel totally vindicated after converting 125 titles using the disc to digital program!

I have the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and the video quality is really amazing!

The problem I am having is I can see about three screens of titles then I have four more screens with just black boxes outlined in white. So more than half of my movies aren't showing. I tried a search using one that wasn't showing, (Super 8), and it displayed the movie and I was able to play it.

I know this was just released today so believe me I am NOT complaining. I just wanted to let your technical people know about this issue. I don't find any refresh feature and scrolling up and down hasn't seemed to make a difference. Also if there is any way to increase picture size on the screen?

Let me know of anything I can do differently, and I am so DELIGHTED not to be stuck using Flixster anymore.

    Thank You Vudu!!!!!

It seems like the problem is that some poster images aren't loading on the device. We have seen this happen due to an Android bug if you have already loaded up 1000+ posters or so, or your system is otherwise low on memory.

Try restarting the app + killing a few other apps running to see if it fixes the issue. If not, we'd definitely appreciate a screenshot so we can figure out what's going on.

I restarted my tablet, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and only loaded the Vudu app. My Vudu shows 36 titles, I have a total of 125, then the following black boxes appear for the rest. The boxes can't be touch activated but as I mentioned if I search for the title it is playable and downloadable.

I tried uploading a screenshot but I just keep getting upload errors saying upload failed. It's only 402KB so I don't know what the problem is?

I am happy to report that the title display issue has been fixed!!! I am not sure exactly when this happened as I haven't been checking every day. But now all 125 of my movie titles load, to my movies screen, and will play or download as they should.

          Thanks Vudu support, Great Work!

Communication is not VUDU's strong point.

Making movies available to stream for a large number of consumers is their strong point.
