Why was my support ticket closed?

    Why was my support ticket closed?

    I received this from technical support and they have still not responded. I have 3 movies purchased from CinemaNow and Flixster that are not showing up here. Vudu support responded and closed my ticket without resolving my problem. Please help!

    (Incident: 121122-000247)

    Greetings Matthew,
    I forwarded this along to our content team to review and both movies are using the correct ALID. When trying to sync your UV account I get errors for 3 movies. The errors are as follows,
    content not found for urn:dece:alidrg:WB:2004591x6000001286xEST
    content not found for urn:dece:alidrg:WB:2057377x6000072741xDC
    content not found for urn:dece:alidrg:WB:2001961x6000007410xEST
    What this means is that the ALID we have for the movie (which we checked against the studios) differs from theirs.
    I forwarded this along to Flixster as well but I have not heard back yet.

    That is typical for them. They have done that to me in the past. They feel that sending an email resolves the issue, sometimes without understanding the issue.

    But in your case it looks like they don't have VUDU doesn't have the same titles that you purchased, so there isn't very much they can do.

      Our apologies, this was forwarded on to Flixster support because it is an ALID issue on their side of things. There isn't much that VUDU can do to help after that point.

        This has also happened to a few movies I received from flixster. One is Magic Mike, and another is The Notebook. It cannot be an incorrect ALID, as they say, because it shows up in Cinema Now just like it should.
