Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     HORRIBLE!!!!!

    I was charged for a service, which Vudu did not honor. Customer service lacked attention to understand and resolve their dilemma.

    Due to family care and work schedule, I previously was unable to watch my 99 cent movie rentals from Vudu. When my time frame of*30 days expired on each unwatched movie, I contacted Vudu. *After approximately three informational calls I gave Vudu, they informed me that I HAD to watch the movie in the allotted time (30 days) and no further credit would be given to my account, I concurred. Today, 01/08/2013, I noticed my rental was going to expire and I HAD to watch my rental, otherwise I would not be credited for it. I proceeded to watch it. Understanding that once a movie starts playing, Vudu's service standard us that 24 hours are*provided ti complete the movie's run time. I therefore paused the movie for a quick 5 minute family matter. Once I continued to*watch the movie, it suddenly stopes and displayed a message stating that my rental had expired. I could not believe such a statement and believed it to be an error. I contacted Vudu. The female representative offered little help and seemed to be forced by*her supervisor to deny any further help, even though I had no knowledge of why my movie suddenly stopped. I requested to speak to her supervisor and her supervisor, as stated by her, denied such action. She promptly told me that I could submit a complaint*'some other time', and ended the call. I was not informed about my movie stopping suddenly and the terms and conditions of Vudu's service do not outline a reason to answer this dilemma.*

    I would appreciate it if I could simply complete watching the last half if my rented movie (The Way), which I was charged for and was given 30 days to watch. Don't loose customers over unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. Please. Thanks so much.
