Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Vudu stopped working on Roku

    Vudu stopped working on Roku

    I have a Vudu account that has been working on my Roku until a couple of weeks ago. Now I select the Vudu button from Roku "My Channels" and the screen goes blank for a moment then returns to the "My Channels" menu, never taking me to the Vudu site. How can I fix this?

    Have you tried removing the VUDU channel and re-adding it?

      Same thing is happening to my Roku, and i have deleted it and re installed it twice.

          I tried the re-install with no luck. I contacted Roku and they walked me through a re-install where I removed the power from the Roku2 player after deleting Vudu and before re-installing Vudu. It worked! Had to re-enter the account information and Vudu works fine.

            I am having the same issue. I am new to Roku and have a 2 XD. Vudu will not open.

              If you experience this error, please respond with the following information:

              Roku Model
              Your Roku Mac address: This should be found under Network settings
              List everything on the software update page
              Video Settings
              Audio Settings
              Device ID - You can get this by logging into your VUDU account and clicking on Mange devices in the top right drop down menu

                Not working here either. Installed, click on, just returns to Home screen.
                Roku 2 HD Model 3000X
                Your Roku Mac address: will provide if really needed
                Video Settings HDMI 720p
                Audio Settings default
                Device ID - unknown - doesn't work, cannot activate
                Roku has latest updates

                    I fixed the same problem a few minutes ago by removing the vudu channel. Then I turned off the Roku player (x2). Turned it back on and reloaded the channel. Works fine now.
