The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     password reset email trouble

    Every time I click on the "forgot password" link it says they sent me an e-mail. I check my e-mail, inbox and spam, and I never receive this e-mail. I have tried many times over the past week and I never receive the e-mail.

    I have been experiencing the same thing. Let me know if you find a solution because this is very frustrating!

      +1. I was forced to reset my password because of the theft of hard drives at VUDU. They keep telling me they sent me an email to finish the password reset. I never got it. I contacted them at a support email address, they said they sent an email...and of course I never got it. Really broken. Hey VUDU folks, can you please fix this?

        Please check your SPAM/JUNK email folders in case the reset email was sent there.

          I did this, many times. There is no email from VUDU about this anywhere in my mailboxes. I sent emails to support@vudu.com and to passwordreset@vudu.com about this. No response.

          A less than satisfactory customer experience. To say the least.

            I see that you're using a custom domain. Let me investigate to see if there is some sort of blockage somewhere.

              I, too, have clicked the reset button on the vudu password reset tool on their site many many times in the past two days. I dont know why. After the first ten times I should have got the hint that nothing is going to happen differently. I have centurylink for an ISP. I dont believe that should be considered custom at all. Please help us all with this. I have purchased content that I cannot access because of this glitch and I (and my lovely wife) are getting a bit anxious if not downright irritated by it all. Thank You.

              I should add that my wife has created a help desk ticket through the website to which she has only received a general reply.

                  I got this solved over the phone, by switching my registered email address to a Gmail address. Maybe there is indeed some kind of "blockage" involving "custom" domains, though why that would be true, I have no idea. My email address is perfectly valid, why would VUDU's system care whether it was with a well-known domain? Also, it doesn't explain the same problem seen by the Centurylink customer. Unless VUDU's system never heard of Centurylink either. Very strange.

                    I am having the exact same problem. It says my password is expired and it says I need to reset it. The site claims that an email has been sent, but no email. Spam folder has been checked. HELP!!

                        I too want to reset my password.....they say check my email and alas, no instructions..nada, nothing.

                        What is up with that. I would think there would be enough people complaining about this that they would have fixed this!!

                            I am having this same issue which is very frustrating. I use a PW manager and VUDU is now telling me that is the wrong pw. I try having an email sent to reset the pw and I never receive the email. Have tried this multiple times over the past 24 hrs, checked my spam folders and I am not receiving anything. My email is a hotmail account so it isn't some custom domain.
