The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

    The message i get is this...
    There was a problem authenticating your account for movie playback. [#3322]
    ...
    I'm unable to download because it says i've already downloaded the movies i've got, there's two of them, and i can't play them because of the error stated above. I've just checked and i can stream them online, but as i have only 4meg DSL, i'd really rather not tie up the entire connection playing a video and would rather download them to play them offline. If i have to delete the files so i can re-download them, i would rather do that, but as the files are in a very strange location that i can't remember right now, i would need some direction to their location.

    -Any- help on this issue would be appreciated.

      I have this error now as well, and it's brand new, never received this before. My PC is not listed on "my devices", but my PS3 is, how do I add my pc to the active devices? I logged into my account with the computer in question. I am using Windows 7 with firefox. for testing purposes i tried internet explorer but that has the same results.

        Please reset your license files at the following link. After you have done so, reboot your PC and try to playback a movie, that should resolve your issue.
