Vudu app doesn't appear on Roku 2XS

Since it seems very difficult to contact Vudu tech support, I'll post in this forum.
I'm using a Roku 2XS. It has been working perfectly for over a year. Today I signed up for Vudu and ordered a movie. My credit card was charged. I followed the instructions and added Vudu to my Roku via "Add Channels". However, no App was installed. The Channel appears on my list of channels, but when I select "Vudu HD Movies" nothing happens. I've removed the channel and added it back several times with the same result. I'm easily able to add other channels with the Roku. From postings on this forum, it appears that Vudu is having a lot of technical trouble. If I'm forced to dispute the charge with my cc, then so be it. But Vudu lists some movies that are not available elsewhere in HD.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've wasted nearly 4 hours on this today.

Re: Vudu app doesn't appear on Roku 2XS

OK, somehow, magically the Vudu app has now appeared on my Roku 2XS, 24 hours after signing up. I made no changes in the system. I am still not able to access the film I purchased 24 hours ago. What's with this? If I buy from Amazon, I can watch my program instantly.

Re: Vudu app doesn't appear on Roku 2XS

Well, 24 hours after adding Vudu via the Roku, the app magically appeared and I'm able to access Vudu. However, the film I purchased when signing up is not in my My Movies section. My credit card was charged. I opened a "case" with Vudu when I couldn't get the app, but there has been no response from Vudu. I sent a private e-mail to the moderator of this forum last night. Again, there has been no response.

      Any suggestions?

Re: Vudu app doesn't appear on Roku 2XS

Does the movie show up in the My Movies section when you login to our website?

        What is the title?

It took a bit of time, but things are finally straightened out. Now to watch some content. Thank you, Dan
