    New and confused

I bought Breaking Dawn Pt 1 & 2 combo Blu-Ray from Walmart. I have only redeemed two other movies, Argo and Magic Mike from UltraViolet. Magic Mike is on my Ipad when I check Flickster and never had an issue. I recently added Argo and never really looked to see if it's on there or not.

So I redeemed the Breaking Dawn movies and my kids just love them, so I figured I would purchase the other three in the series so they could watch them as well and start from the beginning. Created an account, added my CC info and purchased all three in HDX

We wanted to start watching the first one and I remembered that I have Vudu on my blu-ray player (Sony BDP-S590). I got it started and found out the only movies on there were the free ones I got for signing up.

Then I added the "VUDU Player" app on my Ipad and again only the 10 free are showing.

Flixster on Ipad has the free movies and the 4 I've redeemed.

My PC is slow and old and in a bad spot to sit and watch a movie on. So did I waste my money purchasing the first 3 Twilight movies or am I missing something?

Sorry I'm new at this and not up to date on this new technology! I just want to watch my movies!

Is there a reason that in flixster on ipad I can see the redeemed ones but not in the Vudu Player app?

Recap in what I can see

Blu-Ray : Vudu -Free Only, Flixster is trailers only
    Ipad: Free and redeemed
    PC: All

    Re: New and confused

The other three are not UV yet, so thy won't show up on anything but Vudu. Look to see if you see the UV symbol on the movie description, and if so it willappear on Flixster. By the way, Flixster always has issues. The same goes for Cinemanow.

ahhhh That makes sense I was not aware that you could only see the UV ones, I don't think that thought ever crossed my mind about any of them NOT being UV..., not what I wanted to hear, yet I get it

OK One more question, I do have a Vizio Smart TV, and have used it for netflix before and never had a problem. Today I checked and saw it did have VUDU on it, but when I go to it, I get what looks like the vudu.com homepage. Where I can browse and see the collections and such. When I choose to go to "My Vudu" it takes but appears that I'm not signed in, just says "No Results". I've searched all over in the settings and everything but I can not find where I can sign in at. I've googled like crazy but but can't any information for what matches my situation. Maybe someone here has some insight?

Just wanted to confirm here - when you say you created an account and "purchased all three in HDX" - you created a VUDU account and purchased 3 movies on VUDU? If you purchased those on VUDU, you should see them on any VUDU device (Sony BD, iPad, PC, etc). If you purchased them on another site (Flixster, etc) they may or may not be on VUDU depending on whether they are UV.

Anyway, *if* you purchased them on VUDU via the web and they don't show up in the VUDU app on your BD player or iPad, it's possible you may have accidentally created 2 VUDU accounts. You may want to check the email address(es) you used, etc. If there are two accounts you can contact VUDU customer care to get that fixed.

          Re: New and confused

You may be right Jake. I know that it was getting confusing with all the linking and signing up and going between UV/Vudu and signing in and I had a UV account, and then I had to sign up with Vudu and I think they are different emails. I'll try calling customer service.

*Edited to add* BTW, I did puchase all 3 on VUDU. So if you are saying that I should still see them on my ipad, then mabye I do need to call.
