The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information

    It's been two weeks and nobody contacted me about it. DanielH didn't respond to a private message. I'm still waiting to get either money or movie back. I keep wasting my time on this. Also, I can't see a way to submit a ticket. The web site navigation is ridiculous.

    I too rented This Must Be The Place tonight, it charged me for it says I have 24 hours to watch but will not let me stream it. I did however rent another movie and it worked. Would like to have this fixed please.

    Rented a movie but can't watch it

    Tried to rent a movie This Must Be The Place a couple of days ago. My transaction was successful. At least my credit card was charged. However, it gave me "Network Error" message every time when I tried to watch it. My network was just fine. I switched to Netflix right away and it worked without a glitch. Of course, my rent expired in 24 hours. I expected something like this to be resolved automatically and my account to be credited with the price of the movie. However, it wasn't. To make things worse, I couldn't find a way to contact the support team. No e-mail address? Not even a web form? Common, you're charging people money. Be available to your customers.

    This experience was pretty frustrating. VUDU is not the only streaming service out there. I'm thinking of switching now and closing my account.

    Anybody has any experience in resolving this? I at least need the price of the movie to be credited back to my account.
