    Can you help me with this. I am 99% sure I've watched VUDU on this device before. Don't know how to have it reprovisioned.

    Could you list the hardware ID?

    It should be part of the error message.

                    I am getting Connection Failed. And ...Your device needs to be reprovisioned. I have watched VUDU on this device many times, but I haven't been able to for a couple of days. I deactivated the device and reactivated it through the deactivation email alert. I am still getting the same errors. My television is a Vizio E322AR.
