Vudu Forum Guidelines

The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information

    I’m having a problem playing movies and TV shows from my IPhone threw HTMI cable to TV. I get sound but no video. I had video yesterday and now it doesn’t work. I called the customer help number went from teir 1 to teir 2. They made me uninstall (losing all my downloads) and when that didn’t work we got disconnected. They didn’t call back and I’m on hold listening to the same rift of music for 1/2 an hour. This is ridiculous. I have 695 movies 25 TV series that I paid for and I can’t watch them while I’m away.

    Sure would be nice if that number and email address were *somewhere* on your web site. Like, say, on the Support page. Why aren't they?

    The 1-888-554-8838 number is correct and working, just got off the phone with support. A recording does play and give a list of options to get to the right department. The support page will give you a link to email support after viewing one of the FAQs.

    The VUDU Support page has a helpful list of "submitted questions", but no way to submit a question! I then tried calling the company at 408-492-1010. Option #2 was for "Support". Selecting that, it played a message saying that to get support call 888-554-8838. I called that number, and after playing a creepy recorded message about purchasing some weird retail coupon, it played a messaging saying the number had been changed to 800712300. I called that number, and it played a Comcast message and seemed to have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with VUDU. How the heck are you supposed to get support with this company?
