    New to Vudu

I recently decided to join up with Vudu. All the research I did pointed out to excellent reviews. I have a new dual gigabit router that is definitely capable of HD streaming and very fast connections through out the house. I have a brand new desktop that has ample space and speed running at wireless n. And new Time Warner cable box for HD 1080. I am way over the speed limit required to receive HDX, and computer check shows every thing is in working order, including speed. Ok, so my first night with Vudu began at about 7pm in attempts to relax & bring in Les Miserables during a long weekend I planned. I was dying to see this movie. Soooo, I have Roku capable of HD streaming, every thing is hooked up and in great working order. So I start the movie, it plays for a few minutes, then stops and buffers. A few minutes later the movie starts from the very beginning. Then it stops again, and says I am unable to play in HDX which I purchased, although my speed is checking way over what I need. Then two seconds later it buffers again, then starts all over again. I put a search in the net and found elsewhere that others having this problem, unplug their roku, turn off the TV, turn the TV back on and hook back up the Roku. Well that worked for all of 15 minutes and I was back to unable to stream HDX, buffering, although every thing with the connection and my devices shows speeds perfectly capable of streaming HDX. At 10 pm that night I gave up; very disappointed and exhausted running back and forth between the TV and checking the computer speeds etc which showed no problems. The next day I had work, so I never got to watch this movie; my time was up. I also rented The Brothers, and was able to watch that movie with fewer buffering problem more so in the beginning and it got somewhat better as the movie went on. Maybe two times I got the unable to do HDX, so I picked HD next level down, and weird but it went back in other words reset to HDX. Having a movie stop so many times really becomes frustrating, the picture was gorgeous but if it is going to stop even 3 or 4 times during the movie to rebuffer or warning that I am unable to play in HDX then reset itself back to HDX which makes no sense to me. Its becoming tiresome. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep Vudu and try again. Does any one else have these problems?
