Issue with Vudu promo code from Walmart game pre-order

Hello, I purchased a pre-order for the Disney Infinity video game on Xbox 360 from Walmart on 7/1/2013 which includes a $4.99 Vudu credit code. I was able to redeem the 16-digit code at zreward.com, but when I went to redeem the Vudu credit code I received in my email I received the error message "The Promotion Code you entered is not valid. Please try again." I opened a case with Vudu support (Reference #130702-000057), and the end result of this case is that the code had expired. According to the email I received from zreward.com it expired on 6/30/2013.

My question is...how am I able to buy a pre-order for a video game at Walmart that comes with a bonus where the bonus for pre-ordering is already expired???

      Hello Chnandler,

I've added the promotion to your account and took over your case. The credit should now show on your account. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thanks very much, I noticed the credit added to my account.

This solves my problem Daniel, but what about people who buy one of the literally hundreds of other Infinity pre-orders that I see sitting on the shelves in some Walmart stores? Are you guys only going to handle the issue on a case-by-case basis?

A quick update Dan, the Vudu credit code from Infinity did eventually work! However, I'm having the same problem with a Vudu credit code received from the pre-order of Battlefield 4 fox Xbox 360. Is this something that can be looked in to? Thanks in advance!

              RETURN OF THE UNDEAD THREAD...

I saw a Battlefield 4 pre-order card in a Wal-Mart a few days ago on a road trip through TN and I snatched it up! However, when I tried to add the Vudu credit code to my balance the website says that the code is invalid. Is there some issue with these codes again? After I mentioned it previously they started working again, but now they seem to have stopped working again. Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks, and Happy New Year!

Seeing as how I haven't seen a response yet, would it make better sense to open a case with support? I'd rather not if I could avoid it because of the last time I tried opening a ticket on the same issue...

                      Hi Dan,

I am having a similar issue with some game pre-order cards I purchased and tried to redeem the credits yesterday. I am sending you the details in a PM.

Thank you in advance for your help.

                      Regards,

I just purchased the game card today for the Wii U Disney Infinity: Toy Story Starter Pack (2.0 edition). I'm not finding a place in zre wards to redeem it. Any advice?

I am having the same problem with Zreward. Where is the Disney Infinity Toy Box promotion? It was released on 11.04.14.

Also if this is posted more than once it's because it doesn't seem to want to let me post. I don't know what is wrong with this forum but so far everything is unfriendly. Can't get this Zreward offer and can't post my problem. What kind of customer service is this.

I am having trouble with a preorder code too. I can't see an option on ZReward.com to redeem my UFC code. I sent a message to support a few days ago but haven't had a response yet (although the status has been changed to "Customer Updated").
