    poor customer service contacts

    I am extremely disappointed with the lack of availability with VUDU's customer service support now. In past when there has been any issues you could call for support and get immediate resolution of any issues. When one rents a movie and is unable to watch it you don't expect to have to deal with emails for support and then have to wait until the next day or the following week day! We had rented a movie to Watch on a SATURDAY evening! Not Sunday morning, Sunday Afternoon, or Sunday Evening. Nor did I expect to have to have it sit around in my "my Movies" file for the next some 30 days until I had time again to watch a movie or was in the mood to watch a movie like the one I had rented for Saturday night. The thing was, my husband and I were in the mood to watch this movie Saturday and was unable to due to a technical issue with our account that could have been resolved easily by one of your customer reps but only through your customer agents! Now, it is in limbo, yet you receive your money easy enough. I remember when I first became a customer and your phone number was posted and it wasn't a hide in seek game to figure out how to contact a live human being, which I find cannot be accomplished...only via email which can take days for a response. Seriously people, you will not stay in business. Even RedBox has customer service reps. You all quickly put all these video stores out of business but if you guys keep these practices up you know what's going to happen.......these stores will slowly kick back in again and online renting will become a thing of the past. Don't think I'm kidding either, it will happen. I am hopping someone responds to my emails or posting and gets this issue resolved one way or another. Sincere thanks

    I'm not sure what you mean by "lack of customer service support"? Did you call after hours?
