For some reason this works as a temp fix to the issue until they fix it.

I have this same issue with full screen player. The following user's suggestion also works for me as a work around:

Start playing your movie, expand to full screen, if no video then close movie window (not the entire vudu app).
Then start playing your movie again, expand to full screen, and it should work now.

This works for me every time..

Just tried the same workaround. Did the trick (finally). Still hoping Vudu comes around and fixes this bug...

Last couple of days VUDU TO GO does not work correctly for disc to digital. Tried REVO Unistaller and re-installed but that didn't work. The problem is with the View Order button & adding titles. Tried on laptop and same issue. Does anyone know what's up with this program for disc to digital? I've added hundreds of titles in the past with no issue, the problem started a couple of days ago. please advise

Re: VUDU to Go Problem with Full Screen

I can confirm the same behavior as well. I've gotta say that so far I am less than pleased with the VuduToGo app. It is pretty ridiculous that they have absolutely zero options for organizing movies in the app, you have to download every single episode/movie individually, and that you have to jump through all sorts of unofficial hoops to get it to allow you to select a download location instead of forcing it onto your C:\ drive.

So I can't really say I'm surprised that there is another blatantly horrible problem with vudutogo.

What's wrong with the View order and Add disc buttons?

                      Kill all other applications
Update to the latest version of adobe air.
                      restart PC
                      restart VUDU to Go

I have the same problem. None of the workarounds work. Its a brand new laptop with a brand new install. It fails on BOTH laptops i just got. Air version 24. If i use the VUDU app on win 10 instead it can work but the video quality is HALVED on the app versus the vudu to go program (not sure if this is true of all movies).
