    Rental times...

Ok, so I have rented 4 movies so far and the last 3 were all 48 hours. I rented Now You See Me last night, went to watch it today as I fell asleep last night and my rental period expired 1/2 way through.. What gives? They aren't 48 hours? Only 24? If so... That sucks! Wasted the money on that rental.. Would have been nice to have a thing saying "24 hour rental" somewhere...

The allotted rental time appears on the movies cover art right after you make the purchase. There is a red bar along the bottom with the time remaining.

My Bluray player does not show the red bar, I would have to log in - and yeah. AFTER you make the purchase. It would be nice to know how long I have to watch (or not watch in this case) a movie BEFORE I pay for a movie. Thinking I had 2 days to watch a movie I rented it. I did not have that long, so I did not get to actually watch that movie. It was a complete waste.

Before you purchase, on the "Confirm Rental" screen it will read the following:

'This title will be available for up to 30 days. Once you start playing, you have 24 hours to watch the title."

If it's available for 48 hours, it would state as much as well.

Same issue here. I rented Noah last night and after about 30 minutes in my wife and I grew tired and decided to wait until the next day to watch. Tonight we resumed play and "rewound" two chapters to get caught back up. With the climax of the movie approaching and maybe 15 minutes to go, it timed out on us. It was never obvious as to how long the movie was available nor time remaining and we did not receive a 99 cent extension option. WAY TO GO VUDU! Good way to lose some loyal customers! Will be going with Amazon next time.
