VUDU not loading on ROKU 3

Hey, I just got my roku 3 setup, every channel works except for VUDU. When I go to this channel, it stays on the loading screen, blinking from time to time but doesn't do anything else. I've read around some forums with the same issue and have tried everything suggested. Is there any know issue regarding this? Is there a fix for it?

Looking around I found that this channel may not be available for Puerto Rico, but on that same thread it was stated that it already is available. Can anybody confirm this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since having my Roku 3, this has happened a number of times. The only thing that solved it was to unplug the Roku and plug it back in. Works every time.


I've had similar issues with Vudu app on other equipment, that was only solved by similar means. There much be a cache or something somewhere that doesn't get cleared out.

I'm a heavy Vudu user so I see this fairly often, but given how much I launch the app, movies, etc and how much more complex their set-up is over something like Netflix or Hulu Plus from a coding and processing perspective it is understandable.

Same here and I fixed. It's your Internet Service Provider (ISP) call them to fixed or try to connect by other ISP, in my case I use my phone to register then back to my ISP and works perfect

I found out it's your Internet Provider (ISP)*Liberty PR - I call them and open a ticket, I suggest you do the same. I manage to fixed using my phone to register then back to my old provider and work
