Call vudu and have them reset your que. That should fix the problem. Then you just have to rescan your movies.
Hope that helps. If you ask they can email you the list of movies on your list.

Re: Vudu to go locking up after update

Well problem was resolved, Vudu found a bug that causes issues when using Vudu to go on multiple computers. Only have one cpu with bluray drive, but to lazy to do all my movies on one computer. Since my desktop is easier to do all the d2d from. Anyway they had to wipe out my que and that seems to have cleared up the issue. So word to the wise don't do like me and scan your library ahead of time and wait till payday to run them. That was 38+ movies I had to dig out of a box and rescan. Saves you lots of problems, if you just run 10 at a time.

Thanks so far, I was able to verify that there is nothing wrong with my computers. I made another account and was able to ad a movie no problem. The software only has the issue when I log in with my account. The person who emailed me back verfied this to be the problem. case number is 13729622. Thanks Daniel

So I updated the software. Now when I enter a dvd on my desktop it gives me the option to pick sd or hdx as normal. But when I click on a choice nothing happens. When I click on the choice a 2nd time I see this message " error adding disk" Now I click on the choices and I don't even get that option. It highlights the hdx 5.00 or sd 2.00 buttons but nothing. I have movies that I have entered before the update, so when I click on "view order" that button also highlights. Won't let me review my movies that I have scanned. 4 computers I have updated to 2.1.1 on 3 diff Operating systems all doing the same thing now. I have installed and uninstalled vudu to go and adobe air 3.0.0.111 and 3.0.0.83. I called Support and the man who I talked to was unable to help me. Said he would contact engineers and see if they can call me to troubleshoot. I'm not counting on ever getting a call back. Anyone having these issues since update?
    Thanks
