Can't upgrade to the new release of Vudu2Go

Hi, when I tried to upgrade today....which it is forcing me to do, I keep getting an pop up message. "SORRY AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades or is invalid. Please contact the application author."

    Can someone help?

I have the same problem. I made sure Adobe Air is up to date, so it must be something with VUDUToGo.

I'm having the same problem. It looks like vudu didn't register as a valid certificate or something

I had to uninstall Vudu to Go and reinstall the new version to get mine to work as I had the same issue. Vudu really screwed up with this latest upgrade and all the issues it caused. Was a pain and something that should have never had to be done.

I had the same issue, and had to reinstall. Frustrating and unnecessary.

Just ran into the same problem, uninstalled Vudu and Adobe AIR, tried reinstalling, and now I can't install the program. I am able to download the executable file, but when I try to run it, nothing happens. Windows 7 Professional. My only guess is that it could be related to security settings, but I don't know what to look for. Any ideas? Is Vudu just really bad at handling software updates?

Right click the .exe file and try "Run as administrator" when you install. If that doesn't work, send me a PM and i'll try to help.
