God's Not Dead redeeming in SD

My God's Not Dead code from blu/dvd combo pack redeemed in SD - is this some glitch that will be fixed? Codes from blu-ray always redeem in HDX on vudu for me.

Is this supposed to be a UV or vudu code? I can't find a redeem link?

Has anyone requested help from Vudu regarding this issue?

Also, has anyone tried a DVD code for this movie to see if it redeems in HDX (like some mixups in the past). I haven't redeemed my code from the Blu-ray yet. Was hoping for an update regarding this problem.

I sent a pm to Daniel with the picture of the code. Last I heard back from him is that he will try to fix it.

I'm waiting to hear back to see if SD was requested to be given out for this redemption, or if it was a mistake. Either way, i'll let everyone know when I hear back.

Promotion has been updated to redeem HDX going forward.

For those of you that redeemed already, we'll fix this for you on the back-end this week. No need to file a ticket for it.

I can not find the link to even try to redeem my code for God's not Dead. I've tried searching for it several times since yesterday and search refuses to bring up any result for it at all. This is getting a bit frustrating as I did Heaven is For Real and it went right through. Then search for God's Not Dead and it wont even find it for me to try to redeem it.

The link should be on the voucher with the code. It's not a UV title, therefore you cannot "search" for it at the UV redemption page.

This is the redemption page if you're not able to see it on your insert:

My code that redeemed in SD at the start of the promotion still has not been fixed to HDX quality. I already had a ticket open and the reps keep asking for photos of the code sticker which I have sent multiple times in quite clear images but they keep claiming the image is illegible even though I can see it plain as day from a far distance from my monitor each time.

I would like to get my code fixed and I understood it was going to be done without having to open a ticket, yet mine is still showing at SD quality and I can't get anybody in customer service who will do anything but send me frustrating cut and paste replies asking for the same information that I keep sending over and over to them....

                            Upgrade should now be complete.
