    Vudu Device in Device Setting

I recently removed nearly all of the devices that were linked to my account. Now I check, and there's a new one registered on Monday, simple titled "Vudu Device" and I know I did not name anything by that name, and not sure what device it is or how it got there.

Bumping this again as this same Vudu Device has reappeared after deleting it again. Password has been changed, all my devices are listed by correct names, so can someone at Vudu explain this device or a way to figure out what it is?

I have traced that to logging in from a mobile device on the website not using the app

I tested that, and when I logged in on the site and checked my devices, nothing new was added. It just reappeared yesterday or last night, and I have no used the website on my phone?

Jake at Vudu got back to me. The device was an Xbox One that I sold earlier this year. I had since changed my email and password, and they are still getting on! I changed my passed again last night and removed the Xbox One. This morning another device is registered - I assume it's the Xbox One again, but not sure. Waiting to hear back from Jake. How can I prevent other devices I've had in the past getting on my Vudu - after I already changed email and password?? Last night was the worst, it kept kicking me off while trying to watch It, because the other device kept trying to watch it too!

If you've changed your password kinda hard to explain.

I and my family can watch the same movie on multiple devices and don't get kicked off.

At the same time? My parent's were watching Office Christmas Party a couple weeks ago. It was halfway off when I came in, so I went to the other room and started watching it. It kicked them off, when they started it again, it kicked me off. First time I've seen it happen. Now last night with It with the other devices here weren't watching it, so it had to be the device I no longer have. You'd think with changing email and password it would not let me continue signing in with my old email/pass, but it obviously is. No clue what to do.

Yep, at same time. Never an issue.

Something obviously isn't right. Once you change your password any device once unregistered would need it to re-register. Seems like a VUDU problem to me.

Thank you! I called support, they asked me if the gamertag was the same as mine, I confirmed it was but that the system was sold last year. They broke the link between the system app and Vudu.
