Connection problem between Vudu and Movies Anywhere - Movies missing as a result

So here's the problem. When I go into Movies Anywhere and look at the retailers that I'm connected to, I see that I am connected to Vudu. However, when I go to Vudu, I see that I am not connected to Movies Anywhere. I am currently missing a lot of titles in both Movies Anywhere and Vudu and I believe this is due to the connection problem between the two. I have tried disconnecting Vudu from Movies Anywhere, but I get a "BadRequestError" message when doing so and, as a result, I am unable to restore the link between Movies Anywhere and Vudu. I contacted Movies Anywhere and told them:

    xxxsdesdexxx

I am having problems with my Movies Anywhere connection to my Vudu account. Movies Anywhere says that I am connected to Vudu, but I don't think it's really connected. I disconnected a few times last week trying to get missing titles to show up and when I try to disconnect Vudu from Movies Anywhere now it says something along the lines of "BadRequestError". My Movies Anywhere email address is blahblahblah@gmail.com and my Vudu account uses that same email address.
    They said the following:

    MA Chat Agent:

Hi! We are noticing that a few accounts in particular are telling guests they aren't connected to Movies Anywhere, even though we can see from our tools that these connections are active. This is something our production team is actively investigating, and while they haven't given us an ETA just yet, we expect that this should be resolved by next week. If your Vudu library is still acting strangely after that time, please don't hesitate to reach out again and let us know.
Are there any updates from Vudu?

Below you can see screenshots of me going through the process of trying to disconnect Vudu from Movies Anywhere and then trying to go through Vudu to connect to Movies Anywhere.

So I finally got this fixed. Contrary to what Movies Anywhere tells you via chat or email, they absolutely do have the ability to disconnect Vudu from Movies Anywhere; don't believe MA email or chat support if they tell you that they do not have this capability. The fastest way to get this resolved is to call Movies Anywhere at 1-833-466-8438. Vudu will not be able to help you since their tools are limited and they cannot actually disconnect your Vudu account from the Movies Anywhere account; only Movies Anywhere can disconnect it. If you email or chat with Movies Anywhere, they will tell you to call Vudu and then Vudu will tell you to call Movies Anywhere; you will be going around and around in circles with no resolution. Just call Movies Anywhere and explain that you have been going in circles with both them and Vudu, and that you have heard that other people have had their Vudu accounts disconnected from Movies Anywhere when calling. It took less than 5 minutes from beginning of phone call to disconnect; I was able to immediately reconnect (no 72 hour waiting period). Do not give up. If they don't help you during the first call, call back again.

I hope this is relevant to this chain. I was having an issue where I purchased "Logan Lucky" from FandangoNow and it was flowing to M.A. just fine (via VUDU) - for a few days. Around Thanksgiving it vanished from all M.A. services except for VUDU. After a few weeks of finger-pointing between VUDU and M.A. I finally got someone to at M.A. to recommend a disconnect from my UV account as a way to 'jumpstart' the missing UV title (Logan Lucky) into VUDU and across M.A. DO NOT DO THIS!!! Basically, once I disconnected and reconnected my VUDU account was fine, but I had about 35 titles suddenly go missing across M.A. and all non-VUDU vendors. M.A. said these titles were showing as 'refunded' and to call VUDU. VUDU said they had no clue why M.A. recommended an unlinking of my Ultraviolet account, but that they were showing all is fine on their end. I called M.A. and did as was shown on this chain, asked for a had disconnect of my VUDU account from M.A. I was told the person who can do it was 'out and about' but this would be done shortly. Waiting...

REALLY frustrated. What started as one missing title now has become 35 missing titles. Not sure why this is so challenging. Moral of the story, if you're going to use M.A. I would recommend only redeeming digital codes and purchasing new content on the 4 supported vendors (and M.A. directly) and NOT using Ultraviolet vendors, including the studios digital redemption sites. It all seems to cause problems.
