10 UV movies missing from my account

    10 UV movies missing from my account

    I have ten titles in my UV locker that do not appear on VUDU, although they are UV enabled. I have unlinked and relinked my account many times with no luck. Is someone able to help with this?

    Can you list a few of the movies that are unable to import/export?

        I've recently had an issue where a few movies weren't showing up under My Movies, but if I searched for them on Vudu, they said I owned them. Unlinking and relinking my UV and Vudu accounts seems to have fixed it.

          I am missing Talladega Nights, Anchorman and a few others....had almost 430 movies in my library and now only have 404....they show up flixster but I purchased and/or converted them through VUDU........where are MY movies?

            A lot of members having this issue the past few days. Max is right unlink and relinking your accounts at UVVU dot com should fix it. One of the many issues Vudu has been having lately.

                When you call Vudu support, unlinking and relinking your accounts seem to be the standard first step they tell you to do to solve ANY problem...

                  You want to hear something funny? I checked, and I have 22 tickets with VUDU, and even including this last one where unlinking and relinking fixed it, VUDU has never suggested that solution to me. It was UVVU support that suggested that solution to me.

                  But hey, I'm just glad it worked. My movie count is back up to 401 now! (It had dropped to 356 recently, before unlinking.)

                    I'm missing movies as well. I've already tried unlinking and relinking. My ticket is me just talking in circles with support at the moment.

                        Glad I found this thread. I got an Email saying I might be missing movies and that I needed to use the link in to relink them but I am always weary about using such links in emails. I still didn't use the email but instead used the linking process in the VUDU site itself. It worked and my movies are back. I had a lot missing. Like 32 movies. Now they are back. Their is still an odd movie or to that does not cross over do to not being registered cross service. Anyways I am happy they are back.

                        OH before I forget. Using the relinking process in UVVU site does not fix this issue. It has to be done from the VUDU site. Just encase anyone was wondering. I tried UVVU first and it did not work. It only got fixed when I relinked from the VUDU site.

                          I'm also missing the title Now You See Me. I've tried unlinking and re linking, its not working. I've emailed support and its showing "customer updated" but I have not been updated. I'd really like to watch this movie. Can a Mod pleadse help me get my movie back. I'm at a loss as to what else to do.

                            I was only showing 209 out of 791. I did the unlink ...relink, Now I am showing 753 and have not checked to see what movies are not showing from the other 38.
