    VUDU App on My LG TV Won't Work Properly.

    It's been about 3 days now but I can't seem to load any pages correctly.

    It loads my movies in my account slowly or not at all sometimes. I try to search for movies, too. But it won't show movies with any phrases I put in the search bar.

    And when I click on movie pages it stays blank with vudu backround color and line-box where the poster should be and nothing else.

    Can someone address this issue?

    Power-cycle your tv...unplug from the outlet see if that resolves the issuse.

      Didn't Work. I unplugged TV and plugged it back in. Main movie pages sometimes load but I still can't search movies I want.

      For example... I'll use the remote to click on the horror genre but then it says "No movies or TV shows yet. Check back soon." This also happens when I do a search for a movie, aswell.

      This has never happened before but it's getting really annoying.

          It's a 4K OLED 55inch LG C7P.

            I'm having a similar issue as well. I have an 2016 LG OLED C6P and 2017 LD Oled E7.

            Vudu app on both TV's loads slowly and when it does load, you click on a movie from your movies library and all you get is a blue screen with an outline of the movie box in the middle left. No picture of movie or description.

            You can't play the movie either since there's no options to choose from.

            I've deregistered the app, power cycled tv's, and have even adjusted network settings on tv's and router. No luck.

            Hope someone has figured this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

              I've had issues as well with my LG OLED E6, since the last app update a week or two ago. I've opened a ticket with customer service, but it hasn't gotten me anywhere. I'm hoping someone will see all the issues posted on the forums and do something about it.

                  Exactly... I think it has to do with some update through my PC for my TV. I was tinkering around with my vudu-to-go app on my laptop when I found a way to update my app for PC and TV.

                  That's about when I started having problems... plus I formatted and re-installed my Win10 that same day which may have contributed.

                    Same problems with Vudu on Roku. There's a 30% chance that the app even starts up. And if it does, then I usually get error messages when attempting to load a movie. If I keep trying, it'll eventually load and the stream starts...but in SD. I change it to HDX and then I get an error message again. Vudu's gone completely buggy since the beginning of the week. It almost like Vudu isn't compatible with streaming devices anymore. Strange way to run a streaming business. I wonder If I can get a refund for every un-Movies Anywhere movie that I;ve ever bought on Vudu....since they aren't playable anymore. Just sayin'.

                        The last Vudu app update on LG was on 11/10/17. When you say App update are you referring to a TV software update?
                        I also tried an E6 on a wireless connection and was able to launch, navigate, and play content in Vudu.
                        Can you PM me you Vudu account email and so I can look into the issue in more details.

                          I am having the same issue with my lg oled 55 c6p. I am unable to search for titles or search by genre. My library loads up slowly or partcially at times. Sometimes play back is choppy on titles like IT, or i get a play back error. This has never been an issues before. My internet speed is 60 mbs. Please provide some type of resolution, thanks.

                              The same isdue is happening to me. Major app slowness or unresponsive. Cant search for titles by genre or otherwise. I also have an lg 55 c6p with up to date apps and tv software. Please help as this is getting very annoying and preventing me from making any other purchases. Thanks.
