    VuduToGo Issues

I have been struggling with VuduTOGo on my Windows10 device. I downloaded movies and they either eternally buffer without playing the movie, or the buffer notification remains in the middle of the screen while the movie plays. I have searched forums, updated the app to version 2.3.3 and the Adobe Air version is 28.0.0.127. I am very frustrated with the technical support (none) received to date. Anyone out there with advice or guidance?

When you say Windows 10 "device", do you mean it's not a laptop? AFAIK only normal laptop/desktop PCs are supported by Vudu2Go.

If you have Windows 10, try the Vudu Windows 10 app in the app store, it is supported on all Windows 10 PCs and tablets (not phones yet, but I believe that should be coming later this year).

Windows 10 tablets work as well.. Can you check your app permissions, sometimes Flash is not enabled by default on some of these sites.

I am working on a Surface Pro - essentially a tablet. I was provided guidance by Vudu Tech Support to uninstall and reinstall both Adobe Air and VuduToGo. Have done so, but now get the error message: There was a problem authenticating your account for movie playback. [#3321] There were a number of posts in the forum about this message, but none indicating a resolution.

I'm having the same issue. I've got a Lenovo Yoga Laptop and always have the buffering icon and stuttering during playback of my downloaded movies. What's the point of downloading if it has to buffer them??

I know this is a little late to the forum on this, but I am having the exact same issues. Running vudu to go on a samsung windows 10 update, and ever since the adobe air update, nothing works with the application. I cannot download movies I have purchased, cannot watch movies I have downloaded previous to the update. Are there any fixes people know of? It works great on my android phone, just not my tablet, which I plug into the TV so that my family can enjoy it!
