I am missing Talladega Nights (which was converted through VUDU on 3/19/2013), Anchorman and a few others which I am still trying to figure out....had almost 430 movies in my library and now only have 404....they show up flixster but I purchased and/or converted them through VUDU........where are my movies?

can I get a refund if they aren't added back onto my account? they show up on flixster but I don't watch movies through flixster and I shouldn't HAVE to.....they were purchased through VUDU

4 support tickets have been sent already but this issue shouldn't be happening

Please try not to spam the support team if possible. What is your main case number? I'll take a look and see if I can be of any help.

First thing i would check, is to see if you have any filters enabled on your device.

Dan do you even read the posts on this forum? For two weeks now people have been complaining about this issue in other threads. It's not a filter issue. People need to check the main site at UVVU dot come then check their personal settings and check to see if their providers have been unlinked. It's happening to a ton of people where if you had read the threads would realize the simple and best solution is to just unlink and relink your Vudu provider and your movies will instantly be put back in.

Don't know why Ultraviolet has had this issue lately but it randomly is doing this.

For some reason my Vudu and Ultraviolet account were unlinked. I was missing over 200 movies, relinked and they returned.
Wonder why it unlinked without any action on my part?

Does this happen only once per account or does it happen multiple times per account?

I've had this happen to me as well. I had close to 100 movies, and probably a good 10-12 TV seasons in my library. Now, I see a total of 9 movies, and 4 TV --Episodes-- (not even the TV seasons).

I've tried unlinking/relinking from both the VUDU web site as well as the Ultraviolet web site without success. I also submitted an email to VUDU a few days ago without any response as of yet. The interesting thing is all my movies/TV seasons show up in Flixter, but not VUDU. This is especially annoying because my TV only has the VUDU app to stream my UV movies.

Does anyone know of anything else I might be able to try to get my movies back?

              Thanks and Regards,
              Jim

An email is being sent out for anyone that may have encountered this issue. Please rest assured these titles and UltraViolet rights are still intact. You can restore all titles to your VUDU Library by relinking your VUDU account to your UltraViolet Library.

Hey Dan, this happened to me and my movies returned after relinking my uv account, what is the information contained in the email since I haven't received one yet? Thanks

If you already re-linked your account you may not get an email, since the link would show up as valid when the email list was generated.

The short of it is UV links need to be refreshed once a year, and there were some accounts that didn't get properly refreshed before they expired. After that point a user needs to re-link manually. It affected a relatively small number of customers and you should not have to do it again in the future.

Glad to hear that, I need the lifetime opt-in and stay connected or linked without further action on my part.

                        Dan,

As I stated in my previous post, I tried unlinking/relinking from both the VUDU site and UVVU.com. Neither of these actions refreshed/restored my movie collection. What else can I try? Please advise.

                        Thanks and Regards,
                        Jim

                          Hi Jim,

Could you get a case started? Email a description of the issue to support@vudu.com. When you receive a response email, you can post your case number here and i'll take a look at your account. Try to include some examples of the movies that are missing from your account so that I have something to look at.

                            Missing Movies

                            Hi,

I submitted to start a new thread before I saw this one.

I had somewhere north of 250 movies, and my Vudu account is now showing 165. I can see them on Ultraviolet and I can see them on Flixster, but they are missing from Vudu.

I unlinked and relinked at UV and at Vudu, but they have not returned. It's only been a few hours, so I'm not sure if they will reappear overnight.

Is there any other way to correct it?

                            Thanks,

You may need to relink Flixster to your UV account (you may want to speak with Flixster before doing this). You should also confirm that you don't have any filters enabled on your collection.
