    New Site Problems

So, on the PC website, my entire Wishlist is gone, and when I click on titles in my library, there's no option to play any of them. Just "Watch Trailer" or "Add to Wishlist," which I shouldn't have to do if I own it.

Then, when I went into the mobile app, there's nothing in my library at all.

I've spent a lot of money on this site, please tell me I just have to wait a day or so for updates to refresh or something.

I'm going to check my TV app when I get home from work later. That better be fine, because that's really how I watch Vudu stuff almost exclusively (though I do all purchasing on the website, typically through my Wishlist).

Did you login to your account? When the new website design released, it forced me to sign in again. Everything works for me. I can stream as normal. Must be a local issue for you.

My wishlist is there but the titles are no longer in a-z order? Why? And no option to sort? Please put them back in alphabetical order or allow the option to sort

So I assume we're no longer able to sort by availability date anymore? How long did it take to get that implemented and now...it's gone? What was the point of this new site again?

Also, when i hover over a title it no longer indicates if the movie is UV and/or MA. This was very useful information. Please bring this back. Otherwise not bad. Little slower to load titles but overall nice interface!

That, and the moved the info on if the title is UV or MA to the very bottom of the title's page. Why not up with the artwork??

They should have used the resources to develop a better search feature

I think I found a little bug. If you go to the following url and enter your total movie count for minVisible (without the {}) it will take you to the bottom of your list but will not show the bottom most row of movies. Someone can confirm...

              https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/mymovies?minVisible={YourTotalMovieCount}

PLEASE add back the "Recently Added" sorting method!!! This is a HUGE negative with the new layout.

In addition to the lack of ability to sort alpabetically when reviewing all movies for sale, and when looking at uhd movies, etc., there is also no way now to go from the forums to the vudu home page or to your own collection.

I miss the RECENTLY ADDED sort option in movies and TV. This is the biggest drawback of the new layout for me. I check that at least twice a week and it's now gone. I also prefer the UV and MA logos be at the top and not at the very bottom.

I can't get anything to playback on my PC in Chrome. I get error "There was a problem authenticating your account for movie playback. [#3365]".

On my Mac running Safari there is movie playback, but there are no media controls where I can pause a movie or skip around to different places in what I'm playing back. I also notice when I search in Vudu while on Safari there's no scrollbar to let me scroll through search results.

Yes, if you go to the top left of the forums here, it takes you to the Home page:

                          87 UHD
                          859 HDX
                          3 SD
                          Attached Files

I can't go back to the dark ages again prior to them having the "Recently Added" sorting method.
The only way to know if something that's "not new" has been added, but that you have been waiting for to add to your collection for a long time was to constantly and randomly log in and type the name of every single one of your movies on your wish list.
I'm not going to go back and start doing that again.
Please return the "Recently Added" sorting tab.

There were several other bigger issues that could've been worked on that faithful subscribers have been asking for or that other sites have already fixed, rather than putting lipstick on the(very similar, but yet seems like an older) version of what they already had.

I see that you and several other members show how many movies you have when you post.
More specifically, it breaks it down into how many SD, HDX and now UHD movies you have.
Is there some way to look that up or to have that displayed when we log into our own member site?
Or is that something that you manually keep up with?

I have wanted to ask about this to a member for a long time now.

                              Thanks,
